Coursework and teaching
The courses I teach focus on topics related to food systems, food sovereignty and the environment, botany and plant ecology, and Indigenous studies. I also teach methods related to ethnoecology, mixed methodologies, community based participatory research approaches, and allyship. I incorporate field and community based learning into my courses
